[Remote] Customer Support Advisor with Serbian - reputed company retail shop

They are seeking a Customer Support Advisor with Serbian to communicate with customers, assist with service-reputed company questions, and ensure efficient problem reputed company in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers reputed company phone calls, e-mails, and reputed company media platforms
- Assist customers with service-reputed company questions and ensure efficient problem reputed company
- Handle only inbound calls – no cold calling
- Work in a rotating shift reputed company: 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, including some weekends and bank holidays
- Document customer interactions, update case details in the system, and manage administrative back-office tasks (e.g., processing requests or verifying information)
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve reputed company cases and ensure seamless customer experience

Skills
