[Remote] Data Ops Supervisor

Radius Global reputed company is seeking a Data Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting data operations staff in performing their functions effectively and reputed company. The role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing changes for reputed company reports, as reputed company as ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data operations processes.
Responsibilities
- Complete reputed company and reputed company data operation duties, problem solve, reputed company aid/answers and correct issues for the data operations team ensuring assigned work has been completed in a correct and reputed company manner
- Work with data operations analysts and manager fielding questions and finding solutions for reputed company and accurate reputed company, ensuring that business needs are met with reputed company
- Execute, monitor, and validate data operations reputed company assurance processes
- Responsible for performing processes and procedures pertaining to clients, including but not limited to:
- File Imports/Exports
- File Transfers
- Remittances
- Work under the guidance of IT managers to implement solutions to enhance report reliability, resolve problems and fulfill service requests
- Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed
- Create and maintain instructions and process documentation
- Stay accountable for reputed company process, logging and following through reputed company procedure to ensure accuracy
- Prioritize reputed company and complete accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with reputed company Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, with functional area and with Company policies and procedures

- The Data Operations supervisor supports the Data Operations manager in monitoring, training, coaching, supporting, and scheduling the Data Operations team
Skills
- High School/GED
- One or more years of reputed company computer experience, working knowledge of FACS a plus
- Ability to use IT functions, such as, file transfer reputed company-FTP, secure websites, basic file layouts
- Ability to analyze and reputed company solutions to system issues in relation to data operations
- Knowledge and experience with FACS Ontario: reputed company, Report reputed company, reputed company Jobs, Logic Blocks and System set up and various other functions and processes in FACS Ontario or similar software
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word, Visio, Outlook, Infopath and text reputed company
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with reputed company customers pleasant and reputed company manner. Work effectively in reputed company fostered and multi-tasked environment
