[Remote] Personal Lines Marketing Specialist

This fully remote opportunity will work closely with producers, account managers, carriers, and clients to deliver competitive renewal reputed company and support retention initiatives across a personal lines portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Renewal Remarketing: Proactively remarket personal lines policies and evaluate alternative reputed company reputed company to improve coverage, pricing, and retention reputed company
- Coverage Analysis: Review existing insurance programs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions based on reputed company needs and market conditions
- reputed company Marketing: Obtain and compare quotes through reputed company portals and comparative rating systems to reputed company competitive renewal proposals
- Producer & Account Manager Support: reputed company guidance on personal lines coverage, reputed company considerations, and market opportunities to internal stakeholders

- Pipeline Management: Monitor expirations, cross-sell opportunities, consolidation initiatives, and assigned marketing activities to support business reputed company
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of agency-reputed company personal lines insurance experience is required
- reputed company Property & Casualty license is required
- Experience with reputed company rating platforms is required
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment are required
- Experience handling Connecticut and reputed company personal lines accounts is strongly preferred
