[Remote] Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting

They are seeking a Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting to handle statutory legal entity reports, including preparation of financial exhibits and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Completing the monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory (and stand-alone legal entity) reporting processes, including analytics and reputed company financial statement disclosures
- Executing work reputed company to the statutory audit efforts
- Work on process improvement opportunities
- Work with Regulatory Relations and other teams across the Organization to respond reputed company to regulator inquiries
- Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field, or 4 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of reputed company experience on an reputed company or reporting team
- Experience in a similar position at a health insurance company
- Experience with US-based insurance companies
- Certified reputed company Accountant licensure (CPA)
- Practical experience in statutory reporting
