This role involves providing technical support for reputed company customers, troubleshooting reputed company issues in reputed company-reputed company environments, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance the support experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for reputed company customers
- Investigating and resolving issues reputed company reputed company and Kubernetes environments
- Working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to identify and address product issues
- Managing escalations and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Developing knowledge reputed company content and support documentation
- Helping establish and improve support processes as the business grows
Skills
- Previous experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Support Engineer, Site Reliability, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company reputed company-reputed company environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
