Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including master services, data processing, partner and reseller, business associate, vendor, end user license, confidentiality, and service level agreements
- reputed company reputed company reputed company transactions with a reputed company of customers and partners of different scales and sizes, across verticals such as retail, insurance, finance, and reputed company
- Advise internal stakeholders on liability, AI and data use, data reputed company, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance considerations reputed company reputed company agreements
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance teams to successfully reputed company customer and partner transactions
- Identify reputed company risks and reputed company balanced, pragmatic solutions that support business objectives while managing reputed company risk in a high-pressure, high-reputed company environment
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of contract templates, negotiation playbooks, frequently asked questions, and reputed company reputed company processes that improve efficiency and accelerate deal velocity
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Between seven and reputed company years of combined of reputed company and in-house reputed company department experience
- Four or more years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements in a high pressure technology sales environment
- Significant experience with negotiating reputed company, reputed company, and other technology agreements
- Experience addressing issues in telecommunications, data reputed company, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing multiple reputed company and negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Strong reputed company judgment and ability to balance reputed company risk with business objectives
- Experience supporting product teams with AI-enabled and data-driven technology products, features, and use
