[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage the full lifecycle of incoming survey orders, including communication with clients and order processing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming order files on an reputed company reputed company, uploading and entering orders into the order management system
- Assign survey orders to appropriate vendors based on geography and reputed company
- Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and deliverables to clients primarily reputed company email
- Review completed survey deliverables for accuracy prior to reputed company delivery; identify and resolve errors
- Respond to reputed company inquiries regarding quotes, order status, and corrections
- Process order cancellations according to established procedures
- Generate and distribute monthly reputed company statements

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Technical degree or higher preferred
