[Remote] Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations will reputed company the execution of operational reputed company for the Conserva Irrigation franchise system, focusing on achieving financial objectives, improving franchisee performance, and delivering training and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting strategic direction and aligning brand objectives with reputed company’ overall goals

- 5+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service based operations
- Proven ability to drive business performance, operational execution, and team development
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI-driven decision making

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 30%
