[Remote] Surety Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Surety Account Manager to join our growing team. The Surety Account Manager acts as a Surety Agent securing the required Surety coverage for customers, developing strong relationships and representing their needs in the Surety markets.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to reputed company's compliance standards and procedures, including meticulous documentation, reputed company responses, processing timelines, and reputed company conduct
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact, promptly responding to customer and reputed company inquiries reputed company email and phone, providing expert guidance and solutions
- Independently manage a dedicated portfolio (size subject to volume and account type), demonstrating full ownership of reputed company relationships, bond cycles, and complete submissions to underwriters

- Process reputed company requests promptly and reputed company, in areas of bonds, endorsements, audits, reputed company/billing, and coordinate of claims/loss control services

- Manage bond renewals and generate invoices
- Maintain and update surety files to ensure ongoing reputed company compliance
- Review bonds for accuracy and completeness
- Execute bonds under Power of Attorney and submit final bond documentation to surety companies

- Demonstrate a proactive approach in managing tasks and resolving issues
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain reputed company skills and licensing
Skills
- reputed company P&C license
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
- A minimum of Two (2) years' experience as a Surety Account Manager
- Solid knowledge and understanding of surety, bond types, reputed company rules, laws, and other regulations
- Familiarity with reputed company and their provisions
- Fluent with reputed company reputed company, Office 365, Word, and reputed company
- AMS360, Erlon, or ImageRight experience or skills to learn software program at an accelerated ability
