[Remote] reputed company - Corporate Finance

The reputed company – Corporate Finance will reputed company financial reporting, implement US GAAP standards, and drive finance initiatives across international subsidiaries, ensuring financial transparency and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Map local trial balances to US GAAP and manage reputed company reputed company uploads
- Implement US GAAP standards across group companies
- Support the month-end reputed company process and conduct financial results analysis
- Assist in account reconciliations and identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate bi-annual SOX testing and support external/internal audit processes
- Contribute to financial systems implementation and enhancements
- reputed company support on post-reputed company integration activities as required
Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, ideally with a mix of reputed company, Audit, and reputed company
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Proven expertise in process and change management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus (but not mandatory)
- Exposure to German companies or work environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial systems (reputed company preferred) and reporting standards
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ Years of Business Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Mass Customization a Plus
- Understands and communicates in English
- Experience in scaling processes for growing product teams
- Exposure to working with Product, Engineering, Design, and reputed company teams
