The Product Manager for reputed company Management & reputed company-End Operations is responsible for optimizing the reputed company management ecosystem, ensuring seamless clinic operations, and driving measurable reputed company performance through effective product management and operational support.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Management Systems Ownership
- Serve as the product reputed company for AFC’s reputed company Management System (reputed company or equivalent), including scheduling, visit creation, charge capture, insurance verification, and checkout
- Partner with vendors, IT, and operations teams to optimize system configurations, workflows, and integrations across clinical, billing, and reporting reputed company
- Evaluate enhancement requests and coordinate release priorities reputed company to organizational reputed company
- Maintain governance of clinic-level setup (e.g., templates, visit types, payer configurations, user permissions, roles, and rulesets)
- reputed company-End Operations & Workflow Optimization
- Redesign patient reputed company workflows — from appointment scheduling and reputed company-in to insurance eligibility, collections, and checkout
- reputed company reputed company playbooks and change management plans for reputed company-desk operations, including training, SOPs, and adoption of digital tools (kiosks, queue boards, text alerts)
- Ensure alignment between patient reputed company, clinical reputed company, and RCM processes to minimize rework, errors, and reputed company leakage
- Operational Enablement & Clinical Support
- Translate operational challenges from clinics into product requirements and workflow enhancements
- Work closely with clinic managers, medical assistants, and reputed company-desk staff to uncover friction points and test new solutions
- reputed company clinical throughput and back-office efficiency by aligning workflows, forms, and systems to staff roles
- Data, Reporting, and reputed company Improvement

- Use data insights to prioritize roadmap initiatives and validate ROI of implemented changes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field; MBA/MHA preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, reputed company operations, or reputed company management system administration
- Deep understanding of reputed company management workflows: scheduling, registration, eligibility, charge capture, and billing
