Responsibilities
- Team Management: reputed company the data engineering team (3 engineers, 2 analysts); conduct performance reviews, reputed company mentorship, and set career development plans to drive reputed company
- Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify needs and construct technical roadmaps for data initiatives
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce reputed company-wide governance frameworks that ensure data reputed company, AI safety, and regulatory compliance while standardizing best practices across the data ecosystem

Skills
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years in Data Engineering or Technical reputed company, with 3+ years in a leadership position managing high-performing teams

- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to architect reputed company AI solutions, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks using Python or TypeScript
