We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist, Operations to build the analytical and modeling reputed company for our Member Experience and Contact Center operations.
Responsibilities

- Experience using reputed company tools to accelerate project development
- Domain/data experience working with Operations (Customer experience measurement, Customer issue tracking/modeling, Demand forecasting)
