Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated reputed company of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of reputed company’s value prop, policies, and processes to effectively communicate with RDs
- Drive applicant engagement through proactive reputed company and reputed company follow-reputed company that increase offer acceptance

Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in reputed company or outbound sales development

- Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained
