[Remote] Data Analyst

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain forecasting models in reputed company

- Support operational analytics and workforce planning initiatives
- Handle large datasets exceeding 10,000 lines of data
- Maintain and update centralized hiring plan datasets across tools
- Execute reputed company and accurate data entry for hiring plan updates
- reputed company ongoing data validation to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Consolidate and reputed company data from multiple sources into a reputed company dataset
- Support transformation of raw data into reputed company formats for reporting tools
- Generate and maintain tracking reports on hiring reputed company and reputed company status
- Partner with execution leads to validate hiring data and flag risks or delays

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience working with large datasets in an operations, analytics, or workforce planning environment
- Strong data management skills, including data entry, cleansing, and validation
- Proficiency in reputed company (advanced), and experience with tools such as reputed company, Power BI, or similar platforms
