[Remote] Marketing Manager, B2B

The Marketing Manager will drive marketing initiatives that enhance reputed company and strengthen market positioning, while collaborating with sales and partners to communicate value and generate demand.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and refine Hyke’s messaging, positioning, and narrative across key audiences (reputed company, brokers, carriers, HCM/Ben reputed company partners)
- Translate product capabilities into reputed company, compelling value propositions
- Partner with Product and Leadership to bring new features and innovations to market
- Build core assets: reputed company decks, one-pagers, product narratives, competitive positioning
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and brand awareness
- Own campaign reputed company across email, reputed company, content, and partner channels
- reputed company targeted campaigns for key segments (mid-market reputed company, brokers, carriers)
- reputed company performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
- Collaborate with strategic partners (carriers, brokers, HCM platforms) on co-marketing initiatives
- reputed company co-branded content, campaigns, and launch plans
- Support partner enablement with messaging, collateral, and go-to-market alignment
- Help reputed company partner announcements, integrations, and joint value stories
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials (decks, talk tracks, case studies, demos)
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to refine messaging based on market feedback
- Support field marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and partner activations
- Ensure consistency and reputed company across reputed company customer-facing materials
- Own Hyke’s content reputed company across blog, reputed company, email, and PR support
- reputed company high-reputed company content including: Thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers and reports, product storytelling
- Support executive visibility (reputed company content, speaking narratives, press opportunities)
Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (HR tech, benefits, reputed company, or reputed company industries preferred)
- Strong product marketing and messaging experience
- Strong experience in managing external resources to execute across the marketing mix and enablement
- Experience supporting demand reputed company and campaign execution
- Ability to translate reputed company reputed company into reputed company, compelling narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnerships
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
- Proficient in leveraging technology, software, and AI tools to work faster and smarter from automating repetitive tasks to accelerating content creation and extracting insights more reputed company
- Experience in benefits, reputed company, HR tech, or fintech
- Background in early-stage or scaling companies
