Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main reputed company of contact during the contract period
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges
- Assist customers in reputed company, product training, and ongoing support to maximize their use of reputed company's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and support) to resolve customer issues and reputed company tailored solutions
