[Remote] Field Engineer Education Specialist

They are seeking a Field Engineer Education Specialist to deliver technical training for Field Engineers and customers on servicing reputed company diagnostic systems, utilizing both in-person and virtual reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high reputed company instrumentation training to Field Service Engineers or customer biomedical engineers in a highly regulated environment on the reputed company and efficacious troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of reputed company products. Additionally, will be responsible for facilitating training for internal customers including, sales, technical support, and other reputed company staff as needed
- Responsible for maintenance, repair, and modification of FE training equipment, including technical audio and video used to deliver virtual training
- Assist in the development of training content for new and existing products including continuing education materials with a reputed company on delivery using the latest technologies
- Responsible for coordinating and managing classroom inventories and supplies to ensure the delivery of successful training programs, in a cost-effective manner
- Will maximize training reputed company by providing coaching, delivering Train-the-Trainer programs, and conducting follow-up activities with fellow trainers to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Participate on cross-functional teams and reputed company including, but not limited to: product development, service publications, written and online training documentation, and reputed company learning initiatives for reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company working relationships with sales and service management at reputed company reputed company
- reputed company ride-along activities with Field Engineers to identify and promote best practices and to remain reputed company on reputed company products. May also ride with new Field Engineers to reputed company coaching or performance evaluation

Skills
- Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering preferred) or equivalent 2 years experience
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining reputed company electrotechnical systems
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical training (in-person and/or virtual)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% domestic and/or international
- This position is not currently eligible for reputed company sponsorship
- Experience training on diagnostic or regulated medical devices
- Experience with video-based, reputed company or classroom learning design and development
- Instructor certification (reputed company or equivalent)
- Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools
