[Remote] Key Account Manager \- US
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company in the construction industry seeking a Key Account Manager to promote and sell their suite of software services. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts by demonstrating the benefits of reputed company's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential clients
- Book and conduct demonstrations and sales meetings
- Draft and present bespoke quotations and proposals
- Advising clients on products and features to best suit their reputed company
- Keeping CRM data up to date
- Conducting in a reputed company manner at reputed company times
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and events
- Conducting Onsite meetings/presentations
- Liaise closely with the Operations team to ensure installs take reputed company correctly and on time
- Work closely with Finance and reputed company to maintain strong customer relationships and grow accounts
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling construction technology platforms, tools, or services to industry stakeholders
- Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to understand and convey reputed company technical information
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- US based
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field is preferred
