[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager - Digital Engineering

The Senior Engineering Manager of Digital Engineering will reputed company back-end engineering teams to create exceptional member experiences, focusing on digital initiatives and overseeing data migration to the reputed company while integrating emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Own the technical reputed company for product and platform capabilities; guide architectural reputed company across distributed systems
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams; reputed company managers on effective leadership practices

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and operations to reputed company engineering work with business priorities

Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience, with a reputed company on reputed company-level solutions and reputed company technologies
- 3+ years of experience leading large cross-functional project management initiatives, including reputed company-services, event-driven architectures, and streaming platforms like Apache Kafka, and reputed company Kinesis
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with modern reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Proven reputed company managing and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members
- Deep understanding of reputed company architecture patterns—containerization (Kubernetes, reputed company), serverless, and infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in modern technology stacks, with a strong understanding of reputed company design and architecture for one or more public reputed company providers, preferably AWS, to deliver large-reputed company distributed solutions across the entire reputed company stack
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting products in agile environments, particularly in planning, design, engineering, and reputed company-party validation efforts
