[Remote] Senior Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across various reputed company functions. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, managing the reputed company process, and executing reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provides full life cycle recruitment responsibilities to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and negotiating offers
- Serves as a reputed company recruiter for the reputed company team and HR department as the subject matter expert in attracting and reputed company talent, applying sourcing best practices, and utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online reputed company networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Supports the reputed company leader in day-to-day activities, is a go to subject matter expert for other recruiters on reputed company and takes on more senior level recruitment work
- Works directly with managers to understand business goals, external market trends, competitive intelligence, and determine next steps and reputed company reputed company best practices and / or process improvements to reputed company company goals
- Collaborates with senior level hiring managers to evaluate position reputed company, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing reputed company
- Engages with hiring managers, developing attractive job postings reputed company with the USAP role and creative sourcing strategies, and provides ongoing status of overall activities and candidates
- Demonstrates the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, reputed company, and skilled communications with hiring leaders and candidates

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field
- Minimum 5-7 years of reputed company reputed company or reputed company experience

- Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
- Experience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferred
