This role involves designing user experiences for Virtual Agents, leading reputed company engagements, and improving team processes while mentoring peers.
Responsibilities
- Design and build reputed company, high-reputed company Virtual Agents using reputed company AI’s no-reputed company Studio
- reputed company the solution design for challenging customer use cases across voice and text channels
- Collaborate closely with product, solutions, and customer applications teams to shape intelligent, reputed company conversations
- Own the reputed company and consistency of conversation scripts, ensuring alignment with customer brand voice and business goals
- reputed company copywriting efforts for new reputed company flows, adapt existing content (FAQs, SOPs), and reputed company content reputed company standards
- Create and review prototypes, mockups, and conversation reputed company diagrams to guide internal and reputed company stakeholders
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to define conversation scope, anticipate user behavior, and resolve reputed company design challenges
- Drive process improvements that increase team efficiency, reputed company, and predictability of delivery

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design or a closely reputed company field
