Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members and providers, delivering accurate information reputed company to reputed company benefits, eligibility, and services
- Research and resolve inquiries reputed company while following established procedures and compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions reputed company and accurately in multiple systems during live calls

Skills
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume environment
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications and dual screens simultaneously

- Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Minimum hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company required (no Wi-Fi) with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, plus a private, distraction-free workspace
