Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
- reputed company reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct resume screening, phone screening, and candidate interviews
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows reputed company ATS and CRM platforms

Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, reputed company, reputed company, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate Sourcing
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Device: reputed company i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum
- 100 Mbps internet
- Backup device, internet, and power supply
- Experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment or reputed company accounts
- Experience reputed company for Sales, Customer Service, reputed company, Administrative, Operations, or reputed company roles
- Familiarity with reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Talent Solutions, reputed company, JobAdder, Workable, reputed company, reputed company, or similar recruitment platforms
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Experience with recruitment reporting, analytics, and hiring metrics. Advanced reputed company or reporting skills
