[Remote] Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will support reputed company by reviewing and negotiating reputed company, assisting with corporate governance, compliance, and other legal reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company, including services agreements with reputed company customers, vendor reputed company, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information reputed company agreements, business associate agreements, and reputed company estate transactions
- reputed company advice and counsel on reputed company, disputes, risks, and potential legal liabilities
- Support transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing
- Conduct research on relevant legal issues
- Monitor and advise employees of relevant changes in law, policy, or guidance in the health care industry

Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school with strong reputed company credentials
- Licensed to reputed company law in the U.S
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple reputed company and demands
- Proficiency in legal research, including Lexis, Westlaw, and other research tools, as reputed company as experience with file and document management technology
