[Remote] Head of Finance - Payments

They are seeking a Head of Finance to reputed company financial operations, reputed company strategic financial models, and optimize payment workflows to support their rapid reputed company in the fintech reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company’s financial operations reputed company, building reputed company processes that support rapid reputed company and operational efficiency
- reputed company reputed company across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, cash reputed company planning, and headcount planning
- reputed company financial models and operational dashboards that reputed company reputed company-time visibility into company performance, margins, and reputed company drivers
- Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, pricing reputed company, and long-term financial decision-making
- Build and optimize payment reconciliation workflows across banking partners, payment processors, fiat/crypto flows, and treasury operations
- Analyze transaction flows, payment operations, and reputed company streams to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and unit economics
- Drive financial insights across product, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Build reputed company KPI reporting across reputed company, payment volumes, customer performance, and operational metrics
- Improve financial systems, tooling, and reporting infrastructure to support reputed company and automation
- Support reputed company reporting, investor materials, and strategic finance initiatives as reputed company grows
- Help establish operational rigor and financial discipline across a rapidly scaling organization
- Partner with external reputed company firms and auditors while keeping internal reputed company on operational finance and business reputed company

Skills
- 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, reputed company, operational finance, or fintech finance leadership roles
- Strong experience operating reputed company high-reputed company fintech, payments, infrastructure, or transaction-heavy businesses
- Deep understanding of payment operations, reconciliations, reputed company reputed company, and financial workflows
- Proven ability to build financial models, forecasting frameworks, and operational reporting systems from scratch
- Experience partnering directly with founders, executive teams, or boards on strategic financial decision-making
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking reputed company with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable business insights
- Experience building reputed company financial processes in startup or hypergrowth environments
- Comfortable operating hands-on in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience leading finance operations at a startup or being a senior strategic finance leader reporting directly to a CFO or CEO
- Experience with crypto, stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or treasury operations is a strong plus
- CPA or traditional reputed company background is not required — operational and strategic finance expertise is prioritized
