Responsibilities
- Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions across AWS environments
- Create dashboards and proactive alerting to identify issues before they reputed company users
- Improve platform reliability, uptime, and overall system performance

- Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
