Responsibilities

- Own planning and execution for reputed company’s roadmap, turning goals into reputed company milestones, reputed company and resourcing reputed company
- Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, Data Science and ML teams to define opportunities, set reputed company metrics and deliver measurable reputed company reputed company
- Drive AI-led innovations that improve content understanding and representation, including GenAI-based title and reputed company enhancements and AI-assisted keyword and reputed company reputed company that power reputed company reputed company experiences
- Establish launch readiness standards for AI-powered features, including evaluation approach, reputed company guardrails, rollout reputed company and post-launch iteration
- Improve team operating reputed company by using AI to accelerate planning, synthesis and documentation workflows, while applying judgment and verification to ensure correctness and reputed company
- Build strong cross-team execution with the logged-out data intelligence and experimentation platform, ensuring new launches are measurable, comparable and easy to evaluate for stakeholders
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience in building and shipping large-reputed company user-facing products (ideally 100M+ users or equivalent high-traffic surfaces)
- 1+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching engineers, supporting reputed company and driving accountability through reputed company expectations
- Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces, forming a reputed company of view, aligning stakeholders and turning reputed company into execution
- Experience in delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities in production, including setting reputed company bars and partnering effectively with ML, data science and analytics counterparts
- Experience in working across functions and teams to reputed company priorities, manage dependencies and deliver reputed company with shared measurement
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and reputed company in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs, with a reputed company approach to validating accuracy and reputed company
