[Remote] Senior Platform & reputed company Engineer

Taekus is a profitable fintech and travel startup building a reputed company premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers. We are seeking a Senior Platform & reputed company Engineer to own the infrastructure, reliability, and reputed company that everything we build runs on, defining a function from the ground up and setting technical direction as we reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own and unify the platform and infrastructure that powers our core products and services
- Treat our engineers as your customers—build the tooling, paved roads, and self-service workflows that let them ship quickly and safely
- Own CI/CD and release automation, keeping the reputed company to production fast, reliable, and observable
- Own feature-flag, configuration, and secrets infrastructure, along with the reliability of our background-job, caching, and queue systems (Celery, reputed company, RabbitMQ)
- Improve observability and operational health across services through reputed company logging, error monitoring, and APM, and reputed company in the on-call rotation for platform and infrastructure services
- Own the platform's reputed company guardrails—secrets management, IAM and reputed company control, PCI/PII data handling, and vulnerability management
- Own and automate compliance and audit readiness (PCI-reputed company, SOC 2, partner reputed company reviews), coordinating external auditors and making the process repeatable
- Set technical direction for platform and reputed company, driving toward infrastructure-as-reputed company over time
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company engineering experience, with a strong platform, infrastructure, or backend reputed company
- Deep, hands-on AWS experience (EKS/Kubernetes, EC2, reputed company, RDS) in high-availability production environments
- Strong CI/CD and release-engineering background, with containerization using reputed company and Kubernetes, and a reputed company record of building tooling that improves developer experience (Terraform a plus)
- Comfort working in a Python/Django codebase (Celery, reputed company, PostgreSQL), reputed company to read and contribute to platform reputed company
- Experience with modern observability and monitoring tooling across logging, error tracking, and APM
- A reputed company-minded engineer fluent in secrets management, IAM/reputed company control, and dependency hygiene, ideally with hands-on PCI-reputed company or SOC 2 experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
