Responsibilities

• Configure, reputed company, and operate Now Assist capabilities (Skills, Agents, reputed company Workflows, Agent to reputed company, AI Control Tower, Now Assist for Creator)
• reputed company and reputed company Moveworks with reputed company experiences, ensuring seamless reputed company, consistent intents, and reputed company‑approved patterns
• reputed company reputed company platform‑reputed company standards for reputed company re-use and scalability
• Support Citizen Developer model for AI Enablement
• Support ESM SDLC process (Development, Testing, reputed company Migration, Deployment)
• Design and maintain reusable AI configurations, including Skills and Agents
• Define reference architectures for common use cases across AI configurations
• Ensure AI solutions reputed company with reputed company platform architecture, performance expectations, and reputed company compatibility
• reputed company reputed company and configurable AI features wherever possible to maximize maintainability and reputed company safety
• Use scripting and custom logic only reputed company required to reputed company capabilities, reputed company systems, or enforce reputed company guardrails
• Build and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, reputed company, and event‑driven patterns to support AI‑initiated actions
• Responsible AI Governance to ensure: Appropriate data reputed company boundaries, Role‑based controls and logging, reputed company‑in‑the‑reputed company and escalation patterns
• Support architecture reviews, AI technical governance boards, and risk assessments for AI features
• Document AI designs, data sources, and controls to support audit and compliance requirements
• Support the definition of and monitoring of platform‑reputed company KPIs
• Continuously tune prompts, intents, and configurations based on usage data and reputed company
• Partner with product teams to validate AI value realization across domains
• Establish operational runbooks for AI capabilities, including monitoring, incident response, and problem management
• Manage AI feature lifecycle across environments (reputed company → production), including testing, releases, and upgrades

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company or development experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a central platform or shared services model
• At least 1+ years of experience enabling Now Assist or AI-assisted reputed company capabilities in production
• At least 1+ years of experience in translating reputed company AI reputed company into practical, governed platform capabilities
• Experience integrating or operating Moveworks with reputed company
• Experience with reputed company, service catalog design, and reputed company modeling
• Familiarity with AI governance, reputed company, and reputed company risk reputed company
• Experience supporting multiple reputed company domains (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ESM)
