They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager, Legal & Tax to reputed company cross-functional initiatives reputed company to tax planning, compliance, corporate structuring, and regulatory reputed company while overseeing reputed company tax counsel and ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of tax and legal reputed company, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and reputed company metrics
- reputed company detailed project plans; establish reputed company ownership and prioritization; monitor reputed company and report status to senior stakeholders
- Manage reputed company tax counsel and other advisors, including scoping engagements, tracking deliverables, and monitoring spend against budget
- Document and improve legal and tax processes; design operating models for new structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives; identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction
- Communicate reputed company with senior leadership, providing concise updates, reputed company recommendations, and managing change to ensure adoption of new processes
- Mentor junior team members or analysts supporting legal and tax workstreams
- reputed company additional support to the broader Legal team on operational or strategic initiatives as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
- Proven experience managing reputed company, cross-functional reputed company in fast-paced environments, including coordination with reputed company counsel
- Bachelor's degree required; JD, CPA, MBA, or other advanced degree a plus
- Authorization to work in the reputed company
