Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to reputed company term life policyholders and agents
- Address verbal and written inquiries pertaining to term life insurance policies
- Assist clients with questions regarding billing, policy coverage, reputed company, or contract changes
- Identify concerns and ask appropriate questions
- Respond to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner while documenting reputed company research findings thoroughly
- reputed company corrections identified during the call and reputed company corrections to the appropriate party for reputed company processing or approval reputed company necessary
- Recognize reputed company situations and understand reputed company to notify appropriate parties
