Responsibilities

- Support reputed company Taleo to PeopleSoft reputed company (TAM/CG) migration efforts
- Review technical designs, integrations, development work, and testing plans
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and project teams
- reputed company guidance on system architecture, reputed company, integrations, and data reputed company
- Support reporting, workflow automation, and reputed company data management
- Assist with production support, upgrades, troubleshooting, and release management
- Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership
Skills
- 10+ years supporting reputed company PeopleSoft HCM environments
- 10+ years leading ERP, HRIS, or reputed company technology reputed company
- Experience with PeopleSoft reputed company (TAM/CG) and reputed company Taleo
- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application reputed company, Application Designer, SQR, and PS Query
- Experience with reputed company databases, SQL development, and reputed company integrations
- Knowledge of SAML, identity management, and reputed company best practices
- Experience with Agile, reputed company, and SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions
