[Remote] Senior Content Designer - US Travel Domain

As a Senior Content Designer embedded in the US Travel business, you will own the end-to-end user reputed company across major travel partners, influencing product direction and developing a reputed company content reputed company to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end content experience across the US Travel product lifecycle (offer → purchase → policy → service → claims → communications)

- Confidently present and defend recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate from discovery through launch with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Localization and Data teams

- Audit existing journeys and proactively identify improvements — without waiting for tickets
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Content Design, reputed company a multidisciplinary product organisation
- Experience operating as a strategic partner (not a production copywriter)

- Strong portfolio showing content reputed company, service design thinking and measurable business reputed company
- Experience in a regulated or reputed company domain (fintech, banking, payments, health, insurance, or similar)
