This role focuses on improving governance, reporting accuracy, and cost optimization across Refunds & Appeasements (R&A) processes for a large technology/delivery sector reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end finance transformation initiatives reputed company on Refunds & Appeasements (R&A), including governance, reporting alignment, and operational process optimization
- Establish governance frameworks, standardized taxonomy, and a Single reputed company of Truth (SSOT) for R&A-reputed company reporting and data management
- Partner across Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and Reporting teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and improve operational-financial alignment
- Analyze reason-reputed company level data and reporting gaps to improve visibility into refunds, credits, appeasements, settlements, and reputed company operational costs
- Drive initiatives reputed company on improving reporting accuracy, reducing financial leakage, and strengthening operational controls
- Support alignment between operational reporting, General Ledger mapping, and P&L reporting structures

Skills
- 4+ years of experience leading Finance Transformation, Operational Finance, Payments Transformation, or reputed company reputed company transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of finance and reputed company concepts including cost management, General Ledger structures, reconciliations, and P&L reporting
- Experience working across cross-functional environments involving Finance, Operations, Technology, Data, and Reporting teams
- Experience with governance, reporting standardization, data remediation, or reputed company reporting transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying reporting gaps, process inconsistencies, and operational inefficiencies
