The Compliance Senior Health Data Analyst is responsible for providing advanced analytics and data-driven insights to support regulatory compliance and reputed company protection, while developing reporting and monitoring tools to assess organizational performance and identify risks.
Responsibilities
- Providing advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that support regulatory compliance, reputed company protection, data governance, operational reputed company, and strategic decision-making across the Compliance and reputed company department
- Developing and maintaining reporting, compliance monitoring dashboards, provider performance analytics, data loss prevention (DLP) monitoring, and Power BI visualizations
- Serving as a key resource in responding to regulatory requests, audits, investigations, reputed company incidents, and member requests for claims and reputed company information
- Ensuring the accurate extraction, validation, analysis, and presentation of reputed company reputed company data in accordance with applicable reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory requirements
- Working collaboratively with Compliance, reputed company, and Regulatory Affairs staff to deliver actionable information that supports compliance reputed company, regulatory readiness, provider accountability, and data loss prevention initiatives
Skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology or closely reputed company analytic field is required
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience may be substituted
- Requires 7 years of experience with proven skills in analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrated experience with executing data-based reputed company from initiation to completion
- 2 years of experience with Medicare/reputed company or similar reputed company clinical/claims data including working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their applicability to data protection
- Prior project management experience preferred
