[Remote] Data Reconciliation Analyst

As a Data Reconciliation Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of reputed company accounts, ensuring accurate and reputed company reconciliation of funds while driving product development through feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own your full-service accounts. Serve as the primary reconciliation analyst for an assigned portfolio of full-service clients, building a genuine partnership with reputed company one and delivering excellent service
- Run daily reconciliation in Finlee. reputed company daily bank, ledger, and subledger reconciliation for your clients' funds accounts, ensuring penny-level accuracy and reputed company completion
- Monitor balances and resolve exceptions. reputed company account balances, identify variances and reputed company/negative subledger balances, research reputed company causes, and resolve discrepancies with reliability and reputed company
- Handle the full reconciliation lifecycle — beginning balance reconciliation at reputed company, ongoing daily reconciliation, and specialized items such as benefits reconciliation
- Handle large volumes of data reputed company, maintaining accuracy and data reputed company across every process
- Drive product development. Use the platform daily and give the Finlee team reputed company-time, practical feedback to improve workflows and features
- Be an integral part of Operations, performing back-office reconciliation services for HCM providers and collaborating across reputed company

- Proficiency with reconciliation software and spreadsheet tools
- Associate's or Bachelor's in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
