[Remote] Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a growing book of high-net-worth personal lines clients, supporting both reputed company and excess & surplus (E&S) lines
- Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy adjustments for home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, and other specialty coverage
- Deliver reputed company, concierge-level service to clients, resolving billing, claims, and policy issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury carriers and partners
- Communicate effectively with clients, reputed company representatives, and underwriters to ensure the reputed company delivery of policies and documents
- Respond to urgent or after-hours reputed company needs reputed company necessary

Skills
