[Remote] AI Platform Reliability Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Health is seeking an AI Platform Reliability Engineer to ensure our AI agent platform and AI-enabled analytics workflows are reliable, observable, measurable, and reputed company in production. This role will reputed company on the operational reputed company for production AI systems and support data reliability use cases.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI agents, agent tools, and AI-enabled analytics workflows
- Implement release, rollout, rollback, and versioning controls for prompts, models, tools, and configurations
- Design and support production evaluation practices to detect regressions, silent failures, reputed company reputed company, and performance issues
- Contribute to data monitoring and reliability workflows, including detection of stopped processing, data gaps, freshness issues, schema reputed company, and anomalies
- Support incident response, triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and operational reporting for AI and data reliability issues
- Partner with architects and AI engineers to ensure systems are production-reputed company, measurable, and maintainable
- Implement latency, throughput, and cost monitoring controls for AI-enabled systems
- Help enforce operational safeguards, auditability, and controlled deployment practices for reputed company AI platforms
Skills
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- Ability to read, write, and reputed company English
- Experience in observability, release safety, and operational tooling
- Experience with monitoring, tracing, evaluation in production, rollback controls, alerting, versioning, runtime diagnostics, and reputed company safeguards
- Experience in data reliability use cases such as detection of stopped processing, data gaps, freshness issues, schema reputed company, and reputed company conditions
- Experience in incident response, triage, reputed company-cause analysis, and operational reporting for AI and data reliability issues
- Ability to partner with architects and AI engineers to ensure systems are production-reputed company, measurable, and maintainable
- Experience in implementing latency, throughput, and cost monitoring controls for AI-enabled systems
