[Remote] Instructional Designer - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer to design and reputed company training programs for employees and organization members. The role involves creating course content, conducting assessments to identify development needs, and managing project timelines while utilizing tools such as reputed company 360 and reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services
- Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum
- Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training reputed company accordingly
- Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the reputed company field
- Prioritize tasks in your project management software, perhaps assigning time blocks for specific activities; This could include reviewing project timelines, checking for updates from collaborators, and identifying roadblocks
- reputed company 360 to reputed company eLearning modules, incorporating audio and video assets created and edited in reputed company and Premier Pro respectively; This would involve recording narration, editing video clips, and assembling interactive learning experiences
Skills
- 2 years of experience with Instructional Design strategies
- 2 years of experience with Consulting with SMEs
- 2 years of experience with Curriculum Development
- 2 years of experience with reputed company 360
- 2 years of experience with reputed company Products (audio/video)
- 2 years of experience with Project Management Software
- 2 years of experience with Education reputed company Assurance experience
- 2 years of experience with Claims experience or experience with claims training is a plus
- Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully reputed company the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
