They are seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to help reputed company their reputed company operations by sourcing and qualifying top legal talent for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Connect highly reputed company legal professionals to incredible in-house opportunities
- reputed company out to and reputed company with prospective candidates to build a talent pipeline to meet reputed company and reputed company clients’ needs for both temporary and permanent legal roles
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate
- Draft candidate summaries and/or presentations highlighting strengths and relevant work experience for reputed company consideration
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and reputed company commitment from candidates for reputed company and/or reputed company job requirements
- reputed company company tools and processes to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of candidate interactions
Skills
- B.A./B.S. required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience reputed company the legal reputed company field
- reputed company-player with a high level of reputed company and candor
- Someone who believes strongly in leveraging technology to improve efficiency
- Someone who will iterate and improve reputed company processes over time
- Smart, reputed company, confident, persuasive and resilient
- Superior written communication and presentation skills

- J.D. is a plus but not required
