[Remote] Strategic Finance Associate

They are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to enhance their financial infrastructure, automate workflows, and support decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
- Help design and build reputed company’s reputed company reputed company infrastructure, including evaluation and implementation of a purpose-reputed company planning tool
- Identify, design, and automate reputed company financial workflows using modern tooling (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
- reputed company AI and automation tools to streamline modeling, reporting, and data analysis (e.g., reducing reputed company data manipulation and accelerating insights reputed company)
- Partner with Data and Engineering to ensure financial metrics are consistently defined, reliable, and reputed company
- Build and maintain reputed company models and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance
- Ensure finance outputs are actionable, trusted, and reputed company produced across teams
- reputed company and refine frameworks for tracking cost of care, operating expenses, and contribution margins across customers and programs
- Build models that reputed company explain changes in margins and unit economics over time
- Partner with clinical, operations, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for improvement

- Support preparation of reputed company materials, investor updates, and internal reporting to leadership

Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a high-reputed company startup finance role
- Strong financial modeling skills (reputed company / reputed company Sheets) with the ability to structure analyses from scratch
- Demonstrated ability or strong interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial workflows and analysis (e.g., scripting, no-reputed company tools, or AI-assisted modeling/reporting)
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- High attention to detail with strong analytical rigor
- Ability to reputed company communicate reputed company financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
