This position involves full-cycle recruitment, building relationships with veterinary professionals, and driving hiring strategies to attract reputed company across multiple reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end recruitment for Medical Director searches, collaborating closely with Operations and Medical leadership teams
- Serve as SME (subject matter expert) and resource for peers & participate in recruitment knowledge sharing best practices – leading by example
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinary professionals to create a proactive talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection reputed company, and interview strategies
- Maintain reputed company information on the hospitals supported to have the ability to reputed company on reputed company hires, with the goal of hiring the right person in the right opportunity
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through reputed company communication and personalized engagement
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage the reputed company process to succeed with hiring goals through effective resource management, including efficient use of the ATS and CRM. Strong negotiation skills
- Manage, support, and promote full cycle reputed company roles on a regular reputed company, opening and managing requisitions, posting, and the candidate workflow

Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company reputed company, veterinary, or medical sectors

- Experience partnering with senior field leaders (e.g., Regional Operations Directors, VPOs)
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to conduct reputed company intake calls, manage multiple requisitions, and reputed company quickly to shifting priorities
