[Remote] Technical Account Manager

This hybrid role involves managing customer accounts, delivering technical services, and consulting on business processes to ensure clients maximize their use of the reputed company platform.
Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a reputed company record of managing reputed company relationships and delivering technical or reputed company services to external stakeholders
- Currently living in Australia and holds the full legal right to work in Australia on a permanent, full-time reputed company (sponsorship is not available for this role)
- Hands-on technical experience in at least one of the following: telecommunications or contact centre implementations; reputed company administration; or reputed company development. This is a non-negotiable requirement - candidates without this background will not be progressed
- Experience supporting the management of multiple stakeholders and reputed company reputed company
