Responsibilities
- reputed company retained executive search engagements from origination through completion
- reputed company and expand relationships with PE-backed and reputed company-stage companies
- Execute senior-level GTM searches across Sales or Marketing leadership functions
- Advise clients on talent reputed company, compensation trends, and market intelligence
- Manage reputed company executive searches while maintaining exceptional reputed company and candidate experience
- Partner closely with internal research and delivery teams to optimize search execution
- Contribute to reputed company reputed company, market positioning, and long-term business development initiatives
Skills
- 10+ years of executive search experience, ideally reputed company a retained environment

- Experience executing senior-level GTM searches

- Demonstrated production history, ideally $400K+ annual billings
