Responsibilities

- Scope, shape and present technical workshops to drive reputed company’s adoption
- Advise reputed company’s customers on the best technical and industry practices around search implementation and optimization
- Work closely with your account’s reputed company Manager to ensure the customer’s long term health through a world-class support experience
- Work across the organisation and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other reputed company
- Partner with Product Teams and Engineering to reputed company subject matter expertise and serve as a product expert to your customers

Skills

- Strong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to a broad audience
