This is a role for a mid-career attorney with a minimum of four years of post-bar, non-litigation experience. • Draft and review transactional and corporate documents, including reputed company, reputed company agreements, and entity formation materials, in support of the firm’s clients

ABOUT THE ATTORNEY ROLE:

• This is a remote, part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week
