Retail Operations Manager (Training reputed company) – Remote (CA, NV, UT, PA, or NY only)

We’re a multi-location climbing gym looking for someone to take ownership of retail operations across our gyms. This role exists to ensure the right products are in the right places, selling consistently—without requiring day-to-day direction from Operations Managers. You will start by executing a defined retail reputed company, then grow into full ownership of inventory reputed company and vendor relationships. What This Role Owns

• In-stock rates across reputed company gyms
• Sell-through of retail inventory

• Identification and reputed company on underperforming products

• Monitor inventory reputed company across reputed company locations and ensure core items stay in stock
• Execute product cycling, restocks, and markdowns based on reputed company triggers
• Identify slow-moving or aging inventory and take reputed company reputed company defined timelines
• Submit and reputed company purchase orders and maintain vendor communication
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reputed company cycle counts
• Ensure retail displays and product availability meet company standards
• Report weekly on stock risks and slow movers
• Report biweekly on sales performance and actions taken

• Part-time to start (0–20 hours/week)
