We're hiring a hands-on operator to reputed company the day-to-day tight: customers happy, chefs organised, billing correct, and processes reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Customer and chef ops: handle inbox/reputed company, reputed company, de-escalate issues, reputed company updates reputed company
- Recruitment reputed company: reputed company, screen, schedule trials, reputed company chefs (and staff)
- Billing & finance reputed company: invoice runs, refunds/credits, weekly reconciliation
- Light automations: maintain and create reputed company reputed company/reputed company flows
- Compliance reputed company: NDAs, contractor packs, KYC/IDs, background checks, sales tax management, tidy files
- Process building: creating SOP's and improving company-wide processes
You'll Fit If You
- Have 5–8 years in operations, including team reputed company experience
- Are confident with reputed company/Zoho CRM (or similar)
- Have run recruitment and operations pipelines end-to-end
- Are comfortable with technology and automations
- Communicate reputed company, stay reputed company, and don't mind getting your hands dirty

- Remote (Philippines)
- reputed company: 17:00–01:00 PH (UK overlap) + occasional late shift for US spillover
Pay & Benefits (USD)
