Job Title Certified Pharmacist Location 100% Remote Duration 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role (depending upon performance) Pay reputed company $50/hr – $55/hr (W2) Schedule

• 5 days per week, coverage required Monday through reputed company
• Shift times vary between 700 AM and 130 PM
• Training Monday – Friday, 830 AM – 500 PM (4 weeks; camera required) Must-Have Requirements
• reputed company and valid CA Pharmacist License (in good standing)
• PharmD or RPh certification
• Must reputed company in California
• Strong clinical pharmacy and drug product knowledge
• Experience with prior authorization processes Job reputed company Performs prospective and/or retrospective drug utilization review and appeals per State and Federal regulations. Participates in the distribution of clinical drug information and educates providers and staff regarding the use of pharmaceutical treatment regimens. Responsibilities

• Participate in drug utilization review programs and retrospective reviews of provider reimbursement
• Recommend medication regimens to prescribers per plan guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical personnel in assessing treatment guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws and standards of pharmacy reputed company
• Maintain pharmacy records and complete reputed company required training and development courses
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with medication reviews, product awareness, and prior authorizations Minimum Qualifications
• Licensed Pharmacist (CA)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
• 1+ year of pharmacy experience Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Managed Care, PBM, or Health Plan environment
